In PURIMA’s own technical center, PURIMA technology experts are constantly searching for and finding even more powerful and efficient cleaning solutions. Here, all test systems can be individually modified for your requirements and ideal solutions can be developed using original parts. Your requirements and wishes have the highest priority at PURIMA. That is why design and development are carried out in close consultation with the customer and subsequent users – so that the result is a cleaning solution that is tailored to requirements and increases productivity, delivering measurable added value in day-to-day production.
Production / Assembly & Commissioning
Short, fast decision-making processes, well-coordinated, interdisciplinary teams and practice-oriented production plans are quality guarantees of PURIMA plant engineering. Here, too, all parties involved follow the claim to deliver the best individual solution for you in each case. Each completed cleaning system undergoes pre-delivery acceptance at PURIMA with your original parts. This rules out any unwanted surprises during final commissioning. The subsequent assembly on site is then carried out quickly and cleanly by PURIMA employees.

Facilities in which substances hazardous to water are handled are subject to a special duty of care. We are certified as a specialized company by the FGMA. For design, construction and maintenance, you are in good hands with PURIMA.

Clean water is a precious commodity worldwide – also in industrial parts cleaning. In terms of environmental protection and economic efficiency, it makes sense to keep the water used for cleaning in the process cycle for as long as possible by means of ongoing, needs-based treatment. However, when the water reaches the end of its service life after long, repeated use, it is free of impurities, oils and greases, so that it can be fed into the wastewater disposal system or discharged into the sewage network. To ensure that these goals are reliably and permanently achieved, PURIMA has built up extensive know-how in water treatment and incorporated it into its purification plants – they give the highest priority to water as a resource. PURIMA’s systems work in an environmentally friendly manner on principle alone – using almost 100 percent water as the cleaning medium.
