E-vehicle components#.
Fully automatic cleaning for the automotive industry
In the production of e-vehicles, battery trays, among other things, are produced for the integration of the lithium-ion batteries. These consist of complex aluminum structural components that have to be completely freed of chips, grease or other contaminants during the production of the vehicles. Only then are they optimally prepared for further production steps, such as welding. PURIMA already solves this cleaning task for major customers in the automotive industry and has developed a fully automated system solution specifically for this purpose, which is tailored to your production, cleans your components to your requirements and also conserves resources.
Shipping industry#.
Fully automatic cleaning of large engines
Clean, rinse and dry large engines that weigh about 110 tons? No problem for PURIMA: For a well-known customer in the shipping industry, the company has developed an automated cleaning system that efficiently cleans XXL cylinder crankcases without leaving any residues. They come from ongoing operations and are contaminated with oils or casting dust, among other things. For this purpose, all bores and surfaces are reached and cleaned with specially developed large tools controlled by robots.
